1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using eSpotea ("the Platform"), operated by Spots Media LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

eSpotea is a digital signage advertising marketplace that connects advertisers with digital signage media owners in Puerto Rico. The Platform enables users to search for digital signage spots, create ad projects, reserve advertising time, and manage advertising campaigns.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. Each user may maintain only one account.

4. Reserves and Payments

All reserves are subject to availability and confirmation by the digital signage media owner. Prices are displayed in US Dollars. Payment is processed through Stripe at the time of reserve confirmation. Refund policies vary by reserve type and are subject to the cancellation terms displayed at checkout.

5. Content Guidelines

All creative content uploaded to the Platform must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Content must not be misleading, defamatory, obscene, or infringing on third-party intellectual property rights. eSpotea reserves the right to reject or remove content that violates these guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its design, features, and content are owned by Spots Media LLC. You retain ownership of creative content you upload. By uploading content, you grant eSpotea a license to display it on the reserved digital signage spots for the duration of your reserve.

7. Limitation of Liability

eSpotea provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific reserve in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Puerto Rico.
